Longboat Key Marina is a first class outfit, with full use of the resort that includes pools, golf courses, tennis courts, restaurants and bars. The grounds are impeccable, and the staff great. It does not have the access to downtown Sarasota that Marina Jack had, but is a much more protected marina, and much more laid back, with limited access as a private resort. Each marina has its attributes, but in the heat of summer, it is nice to have pools and beach access.

I'm glad to see you all are installed in Longboat Key, that is a great marina, we spent a weekend there in 2008.
ReplyDeleteLarry had quite a time in Houma! He made it back across to the lake alone, said he had no problems locking through N.O. Eastbound. Take care of those headaches!
